Mike and Julie Pierce have been working together in the Real Estate business since 1985, and find helping their friends and clients achieve desired Real Estate goals a great way of life.
Mike has been successful in business from managing divisions of a world-wide company (Novell) to running smaller companies and helping them to their own success. He has worked with cities in his developing capacities. Julie grew up in the Real Estate business, starting at 13 as her dad's assistant--he was a commercial broker in Salt Lake City.
After raising a family, Mike and Julie sold their miniature horse business and developed the farm into a beautiful, upscale development in Pleasant Grove, and that's when the Real Estate business, and it's ability to help people became a passion.
"After living and working in Utah for 25+ years, it's great to help our friends succeed at selling their homes, but we also love to help someone find "just the right home"-- and then they become our friends, too. All that and work together, AND live in Utah!!"
They are the parents of four children, who all love to play in the wonderful and varied recreational opportunities in Utah, from boating on Lake Powell, to riding mountain bikes, to skiing in the best powder in the world! But mostly, they just like to "do stuff" together, even if it is hang out and play games or read books.

In addition to applying his professional experience (unrivaled by most Realtors) to the business of Real Estate, Mike also pursues continuing education to provide the highest level of service to customers and clients.

Julie B. Pierce

Julie began her Real Estate career at a young age when working for her family-owned Real Estate business, where her father was a commercial broker in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She re-started that career in 1985 when she helped her husband Mike develop some of their farm in Pleasant Grove, Utah. When that development was a success, they did it again, and became involved enough in Real Estate that both Julie and Mike entered Real Estate full time.
Since that time, Julie has helped families upgrade, downsize, relocate and transfer, selling or buying homes, land and investments in the Real Estate industry. As a result of her hard work for her clients, Julie (along with Mike) was in the top 7% nation-wide in sales 2002, and has retained that standing or better through 2009.
She has earned her Broker license, becoming the Principal Broker for Canyon View Real Estate and has earned her GRI designation (a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute). Constantly pursuing education and the methods it affords to assist her clients, including 1031 Exchanges, Marketing Strategies, and Investment principles.
Julie says the part she likes best is seeing a happy client. "I can't believe I have found such a great thing to do in life--help people in something that is really important to them and gives me satisfaction, too" It's great to see a friend sell their home, but even better is helping someone find just the"right" home"and they become my friends, too."
And, she gets to do all that, work with her favorite partner, Mike, and still live in one of the best places on earth!!Utah!
