Minimum size for homes in the community will be 1,600 sq. ft. including basements. Construction styles will include log homes and homes that blend in with the community standards as established in the CC&Rs and enforced by architectural review. In partnership with Whisper Creek Log Homes, two log homes from Whisper Creek's Heartland and Riverwood lines, pictured at left, will be constructed as models. Whisper Creek Homes have open floor plans and enough room for friends and family. All homes have log exteriors and high-pitched roofs to accommodate a spacious and relaxing lifestyle. Home interiors can be finished to individual tastes and standards. For the independent and adventuresome, the interiors of the homes can be left as a do-it-yourself project for group or family--letting you customize your beautiful log home just as you please. |
